In compliance to Regulation 30, it is to inform that NHPC has signed a Supplementary JV Agreement on 23.04.2024 with JV partners of National High Power Test Laboratory Limited (NHPTL) and NHPTL for sale of partial stake in NHPTL. The detailed information is submitted herewith.
